• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for any journal-related services.

• All charges paid to the Publisher, including but not limited to article processing charges, publication fees, submission fees, editorial fees, and other related service charges, are non-refundable under any circumstances.

3. Exceptions for Erroneous Payments

• Refunds will be considered only in cases of erroneous payments, including:
• Duplicate payments.
• Payments made due to technical or system errors.
• Incorrect transaction processing attributable to payment gateway issues.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the transaction.

4. Refund Processing Time

• Eligible refunds for erroneous payments will be initiated within 7–15 working days after verification and approval by the Publisher.

5. Deduction of Charges

• Any applicable payment gateway charges, bank charges, transaction fees, taxes, or other processing fees incurred during the payment and refund process may be deducted from the refundable amount.

• If you believe a payment has been made in error, please contact the Publisher immediately with the transaction details, payment receipt, and relevant information to facilitate verification and resolution.

7. Acceptance of Terms

8. Risks Associated with Online Payments

• The Publisher uses secure payment gateways for processing transactions. However, the Publisher shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, delay, or failure arising from internet connectivity issues, technical malfunctions, system interruptions, unauthorized access, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
• Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of payment information provided during the transaction process.
• The Publisher shall not be liable for any losses resulting from incorrect payment details, failed transactions due to banking issues, or delays caused by financial institutions or payment service providers.
• Users are advised to retain payment receipts and transaction references for future correspondence and verification purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability
